Position Mission: • Responsible for partnering with the WC Program Account Manager to ensure the overall effective and profitable operation, administration, and services to sub-producers of the Eagle Agency WC program. • Responsible for maintaining high quality relationships with our members, potential members, and partners. • Work diligently to achieve a high retention level of the current business and work to increase revenue generated by the WC program. Deliver a high quality of customer service experience to sub-producers, regardless of their membership status, in managing the program.
