Answering Difficult Commercial Lines Questions, (Approved for 3 hours of CE)

This session will go in depth on 20 of the most difficult commercial lines questions . We’ll cover business auto, commercial general liability and commercial property exposures. Questions such as, "How much debris removal coverage does an insured need?" to "What is the coverage territory for completed operations coverage?" will be covered in depth. ISO policies will be used , along with group discussion, to determine possible solutions to the questions.
 
Working Effectively With Your Excess and Surplus Lines Markets, (Approved for 2 hours of CE)

The first two hours are hosted by Oklahoma Surplus Lines Association and will help you develop a better understanding of the excess and surplus lines market, the wholesaler and retailer relationship and the value of that relationship. Learn why there is a need for E & S lines markets in order to help you capitalize on the full benefits of the wholesale market.
The third hour covers the concepts of integrity, commitment to excellence, accountability, leadership and respect as essential components of the successful insurance professional.
 
2013 Commercial General Lines Changes, (Approved for 3 hours of CE)

ISO revised the Commercial General Liability forms and endorsements effective April 2013. In this breakout session we’ll discuss the specific coverage form changes and multi-state endorsements. Changes include electronic data exclusion, liquor liability exclusion, recording and distribution of material or information in violation of law exclusion, and aircraft, auto or watercraft exclusion. We’ll do a thorough review of changes and revisions.

Principles of Risk Management in our Society (Approved for 3 hours of CE)

Find out the probability of your chance of loss, review the six general classes of risk (economic, legal, political, social, physical and juridical) and the classifications of exposures (property, liability, business income and human resource). This session covers the complete steps of the risk management process and the potential costs of risks to your agency.
